Enova Electrical is seeking a meticulous Warehouse Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. You will manage incoming/outgoing documentation, process Goods Receipt Notes in SAP, and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth workflow.

This on-site role requires good MS Word/Excel skills, basic SAP knowledge, and the ability to start immediately. Located at 461 Tagore Industrial Avenue, Singapore 787830, with company transport to the main bus stop.

Qualificações

• Minimum GCE 'N' level or above.
• At least 1 year of warehousing experience.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; SAP experience preferred.
• Able to start immediately.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily administrative support to warehouse operations.
• Manage warehouse documents for incoming and outgoing goods.
• Process Goods Receipt Note (GRN) in SAP and record inventory.
• Update data in Excel to support projects and reporting.
• Ensure warehouse documents are signed and updated in the system.
• Collaborate with the manager and take on additional duties as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative support to warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Manage warehouse documentation for incoming and outgoing goods to maintain accurate records
• Perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing in SAP to verify and record received inventory
• Update data accurately in Excel to support project, inventory tracking and reporting
• Ensure all warehouse documents are signed and updated promptly in the system for compliance
• Collaborate with the manager by performing additional duties as assigned to support team objectives

Requirements:

• Min. GCE 'N' level and above
• Min. 1 year of relevant experience in warehousing environment
• Well versed in computer soft skills (MS Words / Excel / SAP)
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Fast and independent with strong organizational skills.
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
