• Perform technical execution and high-complexity video editing for multiple platforms, including motion design, with a high output rate under tight deadlines


• Lead low- and medium-complexity projects within the team


• Prepare and present results


• Ensure compliance with schedules and deadlines for both personal assignments and the team involved in each project, recommending adjustments to established budgets


• Propose improvements to completed assets to increase content reach and requester satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma


• Advanced technical expertise in audiovisual editing and post-production, including editing, image treatment, color correction, audio editing, subtitling, effects, and mastering


• Advanced expertise in motion design and animation, creating graphic elements, transitions, titles, and visual assets aligned with each project's identity


• Ability to adapt content for different platforms and formats, taking into account the specifications and best practices of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, paid media, websites, and other digital channels


• Ability to interpret briefs and transform them into audiovisual solutions, proposing the language, pacing, narrative, and visual assets best suited to the communication objective


• Experience creating and editing videos with AI will be considered a plus
