Jobtailor is seeking a video editor and motion designer to craft engaging content for marketing and paid media campaigns in Porto Alegre, Brazil. You will transform scripts into audiovisual content with strong storytelling and conversion focus, and adapt formats for vertical channels.

On-site collaboration with Marketing and Performance teams, supporting camera, lighting, and audio during shoots. You will refine assets using AI tools, organize work in Drive/ClickUp, and deliver high-quality

Qualificações

• Experience with video editing and proficiency in Premiere, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of motion design, pacing, cuts, and audiovisual storytelling.
• Experience with video production, including camera operation, lighting, and audio.
• Knowledge of formats for paid media and social media, especially vertical videos.
• Experience with or familiarity with AI applied to audiovisual production.
• Strong organizational skills for managing files, projects, requests, and deadlines.
• Availability to participate in on-site shoots.
• Collaborative and creative mindset, with an interest in testing new tools and formats.
• Preferred: experience creating performance-driven videos.
• Preferred: knowledge of metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
• Preferred: experience producing content for education marketing

Responsabilidades

• Edit videos and create motion graphics for marketing and paid media campaigns
• Transform scripts and storyboards into audiovisual content with pacing, storytelling, and a focus on conversion
• Create video versions and adaptations for different formats and channels, especially vertical content
• Participate in video shoots within the +A Educação facilities, supporting camera, lighting, and audio operations
• Work with the presenter and other participants during recordings
• Collaborate with Marketing and Performance teams, using data and results to improve content
• Use AI tools to generate, enhance, and optimize video, image, and audio assets
• Organize files, projects, and materials in Drive and track requests through ClickUp
• Ensure a high standard of quality and polish in all deliverables
