Jobtailor in São Paulo seeks a skilled visual content lead to create images and videos from briefs, develop content for multiple channels, and produce motion assets.

You will combine GenAI with traditional tools, adapt content for international markets, test prompts, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines while collaborating with global creative teams.

Qualificações

• 4–5 years of professional experience in art direction or related fields.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

Responsabilidades

• Create images and videos based on creative briefs

Requirements

• Approximately 4–5 years of professional experience in Art Direction, Design, Motion Design, Audiovisual Production, or related fields
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects
• Practical experience creating and editing visual content
• Experience producing images, videos, and/or animations for digital channels
• Practical knowledge of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) applied to content creation
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to visual quality
• Ability to interpret briefs and transform concepts into visual solutions
• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency
• Intermediate or advanced Spanish proficiency
• Portfolio demonstrating work in design, art direction, motion, video, or multimedia content
• Preferred: experience with Midjourney, Runway, Google Veo, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, or other GenAI tools
• Preferred: knowledge of Prompt Engineering
• Preferred: experience producing content for major brands
• Preferred: experience with e-commerce, social media, or retail media
• Preferred: experience working on international projects or in multicultural environments
• Preferred: knowledge of different formats and creative approaches for digital platforms
