RAFFLES KIDZ INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Centre Principal / Vice Principal to lead daily operations, uphold care and education standards, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role calls for strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for early childhood education. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership, at least five years of supervisory experience in a pre-school setting, and solid people management skills.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Centre Principal / Vice Principal to lead our pre-school’s daily operations and ensure the highest standards of care, education, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood education.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead a team to manage the daily operation of the center according to the school's policies and quality standards;

• Manage teaching staff to develop and deliver the school's holistic and age-appropriate bilingual pre-school curriculum;

• Communicate with parents effectively, and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents;

• Handle administrative work to meet the compliance and regulatory requirements for the centre's operation.

Job Requirements

• Singaporean

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership or its equivalent;

• Must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience as center supervisor in pre-school or childcare setting;

• Strong leadership, able to lead a team and manage people;

• High sense of responsibility, positive and a can-do work attitude;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Basic computer skills.
