As an Vendor Account Manager - Imports, you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver the Importation selection strategy to customers. The Cross Border team is looking for smart, customer-centric, driven, and analytical candidates to develop and implement demand-generating initiatives, from deals and promotions to catalog quality. You will interface with stakeholders across Retail and Finance and be responsible for multiple aspects of growing international selection for customers. You will engage directly with multiple internal teams to optimize and grow the importation business for global vendors on Amazon.
You will utilize a wide range of skills and work across major functional areas such as selection, catalogue quality, buying, inventory management, finance, and operations to drive the performance of vendor partners at Amazon. Your focus will be on managing customer relationships with vendors.
You will conceive, create, and analyze a wide range of deal activities to grow vendor traffic, brand awareness, customer conversion, and revenue on Amazon.
