Job Type: On-demand/Hourly Rate (estimated 25 hours per week); potential for full-time based on performance and client needs.

Job Location: Remote

Work Schedule: EST or New York time zone. Must overlap with EST business hours (9am – 5pm EST) for at least five hours daily. Availability during 9am – 5pm EST is expected, especially for client-facing roles.

Responsibilities:

As a Paid Media Specialist at Galactic Fed, your role extends beyond managing paid media campaigns. You will ensure successful planning and execution of paid media projects, contributing to company growth through strategies across B2B and B2C sectors. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing paid media accounts for 5+ clients.
  • Leading a small to medium team of paid media specialists.
  • Handling client communications and internal coordination daily.
  • Tracking and analyzing campaign reports and metrics.
  • Creating and sharing reports on key campaign performance indicators.
  • Optimizing customer acquisition and activation metrics.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of customer acquisition experience with B2B and/or B2C companies, delivering data-driven results and building high-conversion funnels.
  • Hands-on expertise with paid search, paid social, email marketing, and custom acquisition strategies, with a commitment to industry trend awareness.
  • Experience in developing and distributing ad creatives.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and advertising principles.
  • Effective cross-functional communication skills and proactive working style.
  • Ability to commit to hyper-growth environment, demonstrate grit, emotional intelligence, and be an A-player.
