Responsibilities

• Regulatory Data Management in Veeva RIM.
• Create/update/maintain regulatory records (ROs and SOs), process DERs, ensure data quality and compliance.
• Support for the global submission and registration lifecycle.
• Monitor submission activities, registrations, renewals, variations and interactions with regulatory authorities; include xEVMPD data maintenance.
• Governance, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Quality reviews, audits, data reconciliation, reports and dashboards; participate in process improvements, testing and regulatory support.

Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Data Management in Veeva RIM
• Responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining regulatory records (ROs and SOs), executing Data Entry Requests (DERs), and ensuring the quality, integrity, and compliance of regulatory data.
• Support for the global submission and registration lifecycle
• Monitors submission activities, registrations, renewals, variations, and interactions with regulatory authorities, including xEVMPD data maintenance and support for global regulatory processes.
• Governance, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Conducts quality reviews, audits, data reconciliation, report and dashboard generation, and participates in process improvement initiatives, testing, validation, and regulatory compliance support.
