Team Overview

If you are passionate about business, data, and entrepreneurship, this is the position for you! We develop data analysis, business insights, and data models to develop business strategies for DiDi's ride-hailing business. This is undoubtedly an excellent opportunity to soak up the world of business and big data-based decisions.

Role Responsibilities
  • User Conversion Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transaction conversions, analyze trends, and identify areas of opportunity for optimization;
  • User Feedback Integration: Collect and analyze feedback from users to inform product improvements and enhance overall satisfaction with the transaction experience;
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to develop strategies that align with business goals and optimize the user transaction flow;
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on search results and recommendation features to ensure continuous improvement of user transaction experience.
Role Qualifications
  • A user-centric mindset and excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and A/B testing;
  • Deep understanding of user behavior, search algorithms, and recommendation systems.
