Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan, invites applications for a User Growth intern in São Paulo, Brazil. You will support growth initiatives, analyze user data, and coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to optimize campaigns and engagement.

This role requires a current degree in a related field with graduation between Dec 2027 and Dec 2028. Portuguese fluency and English at an intermediate level are expected, with a proactive, curious mindset and strong analytical skills.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Business with graduation between Dec 2027 and Dec 2028.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and intermediate English.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Support execution of user acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Monitor key user growth metrics and assist in preparing recurring performance reports and dashboards.
• Analyze operational and user data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in execution and tracking of user campaigns, promotions, and engagement activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful growth initiatives.
• Maintain accurate operational data and support reporting processes.
• Prepare presentations, analyses, and business updates for internal stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to support decisions.
• Support process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Assist the User Growth team with ad hoc projects.

• Support process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
• Assist the User Growth team with ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business , or a related field with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Dec 2028 ;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• Fluency in Portuguese and intermediate English
