Shopee Brazil is seeking a seasoned Treasury professional to lead cash flow forecasting, funding decisions, and banking relationships. You will oversee investment management, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive accurate financial reporting across entities in Brazil.

The role requires deep Treasury/FP&A experience, fluent English, and advanced Excel/MS Office skills, within a hybrid work model that supports collaboration and in-person teamwork.

Qualificações

• Degree required in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Advanced MS Office and Excel knowledge required.
• Fluent English.
• Experience in Treasury, FP&A, or finance-related areas.

Responsabilidades

• Manage cash flow forecasting for all entities.
• Analyze cash shortfall/surplus with funding recommendations.
• Implement and monitor forecast accuracy against actuals.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Provide global reporting to senior management.
• Lead Treasury team members with guidance and feedback.
• Define bank account structures and relationships with banks.
• Oversee investment reporting and analysis; seek better products.
• Monitor cash flow control and reporting for Shopee.
• Maintain cash operations and relations with financial markets.

What will your mission be?

Find the best operational structure and ensure a positive experience for the customers with cash-related subjects. Ensure the control and management of funding for all entities, build a solid and strategic relationship with financial institutions, responsible for the control, report and decisions related to cash flow (direct and indirect), and ensure the proper functioning of Shopee’s cash operation, including collection and payouts.

Job Description

What your day-to-day will loo like:

• Responsible for the cash flow forecast for all entities integrating information from different departments;
• Responsible for the cash Shortfall or Surplus analysis with recommendations for funding or repayment and action on the solution defined;
• Implement and follow up on the operational improvements and implementations to understand the variations of forecasted versus actual;
• Ensure that the company is compliant with local regulations;
• Ensure the global reporting to the senior management;
• Lead members of the Treasury team providing an adequate level of guidance, support, and feedback;
• Define the bank account’s structures;
• Responsible for investment management, reporting, and analysis, with a constant search for better products;
• Responsible for cash flow control and reporting;
• Ensure the quality of Monee’s relationship with Banks locally, negotiating financial products and implementations according to business needs;
• Ensure the flow of CB and Local operations and act on improvements;
• Track best quotes and products for Shopee’s needs (investment, FX, BG) constantly;
• Act as a central relationship with the financial market for all Monee’s departments.

Requirements

• Degree Required in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, and related areas;
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office and Excel Knowledge;
• Fluent English;
• Experience in Treasury, FP&A, or finance-related areas.
