Shô Brazil is seeking an experienced accounting professional to coordinate and oversee the accounting close, AR/AP support, and IFRS compliance across local operations. The role requires strong leadership to develop the team and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Fluency in English and an active CRC are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting with active CRC.
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office and Excel Knowledge.
• Fluent English.
• Experience in Accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, resourcing, and overseeing the execution of operations to ensure a positive customer experience during collection or delivery of equipment.
• Develop a constructive environment for the team to grow and perform.
• Ensure company goals and objectives are met.
• Oversee accounting close and daily activities according to IFRS.
• Support AP/AR processes and ensure accurate finance operations for local functions.
• Liaise with auditors during annual audit processes.

What will your mission be?

Responsible for coordinating, resourcing, and overseeing the execution of a variety of operations ensuring a positive experience for customers when collecting or delivering equipment. Also, responsible for developing a constructive environment for the team to grow and show their utmost performance on a daily basis, ensuring company goals and objectives are being met.

Job Description

What your day-to-day will loo like:

• Develop staff and manage the performance of the members;
• Develop a team and work in a growing and dynamic environment;
• Set goals and provide ongoing training;
• Responsible for analyzing reconciliations and reviewing the reports;
• Account variance analysis for reporting purposes (Month to Month, Year to Year, and explanations);
• Manage timely accounting closing and accounting daily activities according to IFRS;
• Support daily to AP, AR, ensuring efficient and accurate finance processes for all local operations;
• Responsible for conducting the annual audit process with the external and internal auditors;
• Maintain records in accordance with accounting standards, including impacts of new or changes to existing standard;
• Ensure adherence to the group policies;
• Ensure alignment between the Accounting team and other areas of the company.

Requirements

What you need to take on this challenge:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting with active CRC;
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office and Excel Knowledge;
• Fluent English;
• Experience in Accounting.
