Monee is seeking a candidate to monitor quality metrics, assist with new features and process implementation, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires a degree, advanced Excel/PowerPoint, strong English, and experience with outsourced teams and QA. The position offers hybrid work in Brazil with competitive benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or similar.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
• Advanced English (speaking, reading and writing).
• Experience in credit and/or collections.
• Hands-on profile with strategic thinking and execution.
• Data-driven with ability to work with complex models and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with outsourced teams and quality assurance is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Requirements

• Data‑drive profile, being capable of dealing with complex models and analysis;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders;
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment;
• Previous experience with outsourced teams and quality assurance is a plus.
