Qualificações

• Degree or background in Occupational Health and Safety or Labor Law.
• Knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management and supplier management.
• Experience with or knowledge of document audits focused on labor compliance and Occupational Health and Safety.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and compliance, including standards, legal requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Knowledge of operational project management and action plans.
• Intermediate Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and analysis.
• Ability to work effectively with clients and suppliers at different levels and with diverse profiles.
• Active listening and empathy.
• Strategic problem-solving mindset.
• Adaptability in a dynamic environment.

• Turn recurring issues into structured process improvements.
