Job summary

Wipro Technologies in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking a senior Coupa procurement specialist to design, configure, implement and support Coupa procurement solutions. You will drive full lifecycle implementations for Brazil and indirect procurement, and collaborate with JDE/SAP integrations.

Ideal candidates have 8-10 years of Coupa experience, strong knowledge of local regulations and tax requirements, and hands-on administration and workflow design within Coupa. English Advanced is required.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of Coupa experience and relevant procurement knowledge.
• Experience in designing, configuring, implementing and supporting Coupa procurement solutions.
• Strong understanding of Brazil regulatory and tax requirements for procurement.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement and support Coupa Procure-to-Pay solutions.
• Lead full lifecycle Coupa implementations for Brazil/Indirect procurement.
• Create business blueprints, functional specs, and coordinate changes for custom programs.
• Integrate Coupa with JDE/SAP and external tax engines; perform testing and issue resolution.
• Configure workflow, punch-out catalogs, approvals, and Coupa administration.

• Experience in designing, configuring implementing, and supporting Procurement applications like Coupa.
• 1+ Full Lifecycle Implementations experience in Coupa procure to pay solutions for Brazil or Indirect procurement Integration knowledge of Coupa with JDE/SAP.
• Good understanding of local regulations and Tax requirements for Brazil.
• Experienced in creating Business blueprints, functional specs, review of development requests, writing technical specs, testing and coordinating transport of changes for custom programs, enhancements, etc.
• Solid skills in Indirect procurement functionality like configuring Punch out Catalogs, approval workflow design and build, Integrations with HR system to update hierarchy for approvals, standalone procurement process in cloud-based applications, WF troubleshooting and understanding of BAPIs in JDE/SAP.
• Hands on experience on Coupa Administration and configuring the system, workflow set ups in Coupa.
• Experience building integration between Coupa, external Tax engines & JDE/SAP preferred. Extensive participation in Integration Testing, troubleshooting and technical issue resolution.
