Infosys Brazil is seeking a Senior Purchasing Analyst to manage end-to-end procurement processes, approve requisitions, and ensure policy compliance. The role supports stakeholders from requisition to payment and resolves invoice discrepancies while serving as the primary procurement contact for operational queries and escalations.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 4–6 years in medium complexity sourcing, and a solid understanding of end-to-end procurement processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in managing end to end medium complexity sourcing projects.
• Understanding of procurement end to end process.

Responsabilidades

• Approve Shopping Carts and Purchase Requisitions within established service levels.
• Validate purchasing requests to ensure compliance with procurement policies and category guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, blocked invoices, and PO mismatches.
• Support stakeholders throughout the end-to-end procurement process from requisition to payment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for procurement operational queries and escalations.
