Job Summary

As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate a highly focused engineering team building mission-critical communication systems. These systems are part of a cloud-native platform built with Golang, React, Kubernetes, Google Cloud, MySQL, Elastic, and Google Pub/Sub.

This role blends project delivery leadership with technical awareness. You’ll ensure smooth planning and execution cycles, maintain delivery timelines, unblock engineers, and drive collaboration across product, engineering, and DevOps. You’ll act as a key facilitator, ensuring the team’s objectives align with product and business goals

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery for your engineering team by organizing sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.

• Ensure tasks are clearly defined, prioritized, and appropriately scoped.

• Track progress toward delivery milestones and manage risk proactively.

• Facilitate communication between engineering, product, and external stakeholders.

• Help resolve blockers and ensure that dependencies are coordinated across teams.

• Maintain team documentation, including JIRA boards, technical notes, and process updates.

• Promote team health, maintain focus on goals, and help establish a rhythm of high-quality, consistent delivery.

• Participate in release planning and ensure the readiness of features for production deployment.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, agile delivery, or engineering program management.

• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) in SaaS or product-driven organizations.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and delivery pipelines.

• Proven ability to manage sprint-level project execution, track velocity, and report on team progress.

• Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams — ideally involving distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or equivalents.
