Job Title

Technical II, IT Operations

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Technical II in IT Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our endpoint management systems, supporting security and compliance initiatives, and collaborating with global IT teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements and Skills

• Experience in SCCM and BigFix administration.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server operating systems.
• Advanced scripting skills (PowerShell, VBScript, etc.).
• Experience in project management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English (Speaking and Writing); active participation in meetings with global teams.
• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Windows Server.
• Experience with other endpoint management tools and security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) or HCL BigFix for software distribution.
• Manage system updates and security patches.
• Oversee IBM BigFix infrastructure to ensure device compliance and security.
• Provide senior-level support for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Active Directory, GPOs, operating systems, and endpoint management tools.
• Collaborate with IT teams to investigate and resolve critical incidents.
• Plan and execute operating system deployments, including upgrades and migrations.
• Develop and maintain standardized system images for desktops and laptops.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and implement scripts to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure device security and compliance with company policies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and train junior team members.
• Coordinate with local and global IT teams for new client implementations.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
