Position Overview: The Technical Support II, IT Operations role involves daily production tasks and provides advanced system-level support for multi-user operating systems, hardware, and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support.

This is an onsite position located in São Paulo.

Responsibilities:

  • Support project implementation
  • Manage end-point security applications and compliance
  • Utilize BigFix for system management
  • Develop automation scripts
  • Provide remote support
  • Perform field support
  • Control equipment via SCCM and Active Directory
  • Maintain inventory
  • Install equipment for new accounts or projects
  • Configure equipment
  • Resolve incidents according to SLA
  • Ensure safety and repair of computer equipment
  • Perform maintenance of computer equipment

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field from a recognized university
  • Located in São Paulo
  • Intermediate English proficiency
  • 2-4 years relevant experience
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Windows & Mac OS network configuration
  • PC maintenance skills
  • Experience managing DNS and Active Directory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
