The Technical Support II, IT Operations is responsible for daily production work tasks and provides advanced system-level support of multi-user operating systems, hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems.

This is an onsite position located in Sao Paulo.

• Inventory control
• Installation of equipment for new accounts or projects (new site)
• Equipment configuration
• Incident resolution according to SLA

• Maintenance of computer equipment

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university
• Located in Sao Paulo
• Intermediate English level
• 2-4 years relevant experience
• And meet timelines on deliverables
• Knowledge in the management of Windows & Mac OS network configuration
• Knowledge in PC Maintenance
• Knowledge managing DNS and Active Directory
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
