Built Concepts Pte Ltd is seeking a CAD Drafter to develop and maintain detailed CAD drawings for interior fit-outs and furniture projects in Brazil. You will create dimensional and non-dimensional drawings, revise designs per project feedback, and prepare as-built submissions while ensuring compliance with specifications.

The role requires 2+ years of drafting experience, strong AutoCAD skills, and good communication to collaborate with project teams.

Qualificações

• Diploma or certificate in AutoCAD drawing or related discipline.
• 2+ years of drafting experience, preferably in interior fit-out, carpentry or millwork.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Photoshop, SketchUp or 3D Max is an advantage.
• Good understanding of shop drawings, construction details, and manufacturing processes.
• Able to read architectural and interior design drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain CAD Drawings.

• Understand the project scope and requirements in the preparation of detailed shop drawings ensuring that the drawings are easily understood by the Project team.
• Plan and work closely with team members, Project and Production teams to ensure timely delivery and completion of projects.
• Perform other related work duties as assigned by Reporting Supervisor.
