Perform Industries Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-focused Drafter to produce shop drawings and construction documents for interior fit-outs and fabrication projects. You will develop and maintain project drawings, interpret oral instructions, and prepare precise as-built drawings for submission.

You will conduct site checks, update drawings, and ensure compliance with specifications and standards. The role requires collaboration with project teams and timely management of multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Produce shop drawings and detailed construction issues.
• Develop and maintain project drawings as required.
• Prepare as-built/shop drawings for submission and interior fit-out works.
• Create drawings from oral instructions, sketches, notes, and calculations.
• Update drawings and make amendments as needed.
• Perform site checks to verify dimensions and fabrication details.
• Analyze changes to drawings and adapt accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with specifications and company standards.
• Understand project scope to prepare clear drawings for project teams.
• Index, file, and store drawings in hardcopy and electronic media.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently with timely delivery.
• Prepare documents and transmittal forms for submissions.
• Consult with key personnel during drawing preparation.
• Review drawings for fabrication readiness and release.
• Ensure materials are detailed and accounted for in erection drawings.
• Collaborate with quality supervisor to guarantee adherence to specs.
• Explain drawings to production or project teams and implement adjustments.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities includes:

• Responsible for production of shop drawings and detailed construction issues;
• In charge of all drawing development required by the project;
• Prepares detailed as-built/shop drawings for submission and interior fit-out works/construction;
• Prepares drawings accurately from oral instructions, rough sketches and notes, calculations, dimensions for construction or building works;
• Maintains, updates and makes amendments to drawings as needed;
• Performs site checking to ensure proper dimension, connection and detail for fabrication;
• Analyses and interprets changes to drawings;
• Ensures the drawings comply with specifications and company standards;
• Understands the project scope and requirements in the preparation of detailed shop drawings ensuring that the drawings are easily understood by the project teams;
• Ensures the proper indexing, filing and storage of drawings in both hardcopy and electronic media;
• Manages multiple projects concurrently and accurately in a timely manner through workload prioritisation;
• Prepares documents and transmittal form for submissions;
• Consults with key personnel in the project planning on necessary details in the preparation of drawings;
• Studies drawings and other pertinent papers in preparation for fabrication or erection drawings;
• Ensures that all materials are detailed and accounted for in erection drawings;
• Collaborates with quality supervisor to guarantee adherence to specification;
• Explains drawings to production or project teams and provide adjustments as necessary;
• Any other duties as may be assigned.
