Some activities you would do on a typical day at Cheesecake Labs

• Work closely with P&C Manager and partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies;
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach and interviews to offer negotiation;
• Proactively source and identify top technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals;
• Source, screen, interview, prepare candidates, and hire top talents to ensure they meet technical and cultural fit criteria;
• Manage the ATS (Attraction Tracking System) Trakstar;
• Lead the Cultural Fit and Use Cases with candidates;
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process;
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement;
• Discuss inputs about industry trends and recruitment standards;
• Help Employer Branding strategies.

In order to succeed, you'll likely need the following skills

• Advanced English level.
• Previous experience with a complete recruitment cycle;
• Previous experience with tech positions;
• Ability to qualify a candidate and understand what each candidate brings to the table, and then connect that candidate with the right opportunity;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Applicants must live in Brazil, have a Brazilian bank account, be legally allowed to provide services to a Brazilian entity, and willingness to receive in Brazilian local currency (Real R$).
