We are an international recruiting and staffing agency specializing in IT talent acquisition. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter (Contractor) who wants to work on long-term international projects.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and engaging candidates to successfully placing them.
• Collaborate directly with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and expectations.
• Utilize modern sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.) to identify top talent.
• Conduct technical screenings in cooperation with subject matter experts.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication and professional feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in IT recruiting, ideally with international clients and projects.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology (e.g., software development, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity).
• Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Self-motivated and structured work approach, with a high level of independence.
• Experience with recruiting tools and ATS platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Lever, Manatal).
• Ability to work in the Eastern Time Zone (ET).
