We're looking for a Tech Recruiter with at least 1 year of recruitment support experience to join our team in São Paulo. In this hybrid role, you’ll screen and engage candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process from the start.

What you’ll do:

• Screen, assess, and pre-qualify candidates
• Guide applicants through the early recruitment stages
• Engage with hiring managers and candidates
• Ensure compliance across recruitment systems and processes
• Support special projects and team initiatives

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum 1 year in recruitment or talent support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with ATS tools and MS Office/Google Suite
• High attention to detail and ability to follow through
• Team-oriented with the ability to take direction and execute plans
