Jobtailor in São Paulo seeks a Technical Lead to coordinate professionals' journeys, mentor teams, and align work with client environments.

You will conduct technical interviews, support onboarding, monitor progress, and collaborate with leadership to build strong development plans for tech professionals.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in software development, architecture, or technical leadership.
• Experience supervising professionals or working as a Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, Architect, or similar role.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and software engineering best practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work consultatively.
• Experience in people management and developing career or technical development plans for tech professionals.
• Experience in technology companies, consulting, or outsourcing.
• Experience working with professionals assigned to clients.
• Experience conducting technical interviews and providing mentorship.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct periodic follow-ups with allocated professionals, supporting their technical development and adaptation to clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical matters related to professionals' journey.
• Identify technical challenges, risks, and development opportunities.
• Support professionals' integration into clients' environments, understanding stacks, processes, and development standards.
• Participate in technical interviews and support the selection process when needed.
• Contribute to the technical onboarding of professionals.
• Monitor technical progress during assignments, provide guidance, and connect professionals with FCamara's technical communities.
• Support technical development plans in collaboration with leadership and Business Partners.
• Maintain close relationships with allocated professionals and clients' technical leadership.
• Act as a facilitator in resolving technical and adaptation challenges.
• Share insights on risks, opportunities, and needs identified during follow-ups.
• Record follow-ups conducted and keep information up to date.
• Monitor metrics related to professionals' technical journey and experience.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Business Partners, and technical leadership to ensure an integrated experience.
