The Team Leader, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing coaching, motivation, and accountability.
Supervises teams, sets priorities, and manages daily activities. Handles escalated issues and makes decisions within policies. Typically spends less than 20% of time performing supervised tasks. Manages non-exempt employees, guiding them to meet metrics and goals through coaching and feedback.
