Jr. Operations Team Leader

The Jr. Operations Team Leader is responsible for monitoring the overall operation, ensuring it flows smoothly and is well-organized.

Essential Functions

  1. Attend to and follow up on analysts' tasks to minimize impact on clients regarding changes or additional demands.
  2. Monitor the operation as a whole, ensuring it is efficient and well-organized.
  3. Ensure analysts perform at their best and address any issues or delays.
  4. Report to the coordinator and manager any items that may affect the operation.
  5. Analyze and implement the best solutions for operational problems.
  6. Maintain clear and constant communication for internal and external information flow.
  7. Prioritize daily activities based on a set schedule.
  8. Maintain fluidity and continuous information transfer for the next work shift.
  9. Perform any other tasks assigned by hierarchical superiors, as long as they are reasonable and within capacity.

Required Education and Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in the travel industry, closely involved with operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment, using extensive experience and judgment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Ability to positively present API in customer-facing situations.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Demands
