INDI is seeking a Training Analyst to deliver training to New Joiners and current employees. The role requires strong organization, proactivity, and adaptability to changes in a dynamic environment.

You will gather information, update Confluence, and manage tickets with Help Desk and HR, ensuring continuous process improvements and up-to-date organizational charts. Strong Excel/data skills and advanced English are essential.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of related experience required.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
• Solid experience in Excel and have a mind for data.
• Advanced English level.

Responsabilidades
