You will conduct job analysis, evaluate salary structures, and provide market insights to support compensation strategy and talent retention.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in one of the specified fields.
• Experience in similar compensation roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced English level.
