Glasslake is building an agentic orchestration platform for SAP delivery with a global footprint. We are seeking a Talent Partner to design and lead our recruiting function across San Francisco, São Paulo, the US, and Europe. You will own the playbook, build systems, and shape our talent brand—driving a durable competitive advantage.
You’ll partner with founders and hiring managers, own events and communities, and help Glasslake attract top-tier talent in a fast-growing AI startup environment.
Help build the agentic AI platform that turns SAP project knowledge into action. Join us to make enterprise transformation faster, safer, and smarter.
Glasslake is building the platform for enterprise software adoption—solving what actually causes software to fail in the real world. It is rarely the code itself. It is everything surrounding it: unclear requirements, misaligned stakeholders, and uncertainty about whether what was built will truly work.
Our platform gives organizations control over their requirements and clarity on what to build. It helps teams move at the speed of business judgment, even across the most complex systems. By combining human insight with technical execution, Glasslake enables enterprises to build and adopt software that delivers on its promise.
Code was never the true bottleneck. The challenge is orchestrating stakeholders, translating their needs into precise requirements, and validating that those requirements have been met. As AI makes software development faster and more accessible, solving these human and organizational problems becomes more important than ever.
We are a team of researchers and engineers building tools that will transform how enterprise software is implemented and adopted. Our work touches the systems that underpin 87% of global commerce, process $46 trillion in annual flows, and manage 78% of the world’s food distribution.

Glasslake is building the operating system for SAP delivery — the infrastructure layer underneath the most complex and expensive IT projects companies run. SAP implementations move billions of dollars and thousands of consultants, but the knowledge generated in these projects is never captured: it lives in people's heads, disappears when the project ends, and gets rebuilt from scratch on every new engagement.
Glasslake solves this with an agentic orchestration platform that coordinates every phase of SAP transformation, capturing decisions, tests, and context as a byproduct of work already underway — building an organizational memory that accumulates across projects instead of resetting.
We're a team based in San Francisco and São Paulo, moving fast and already deployed with some of the largest SAP integrators in the world, including delaware Consulting, KPMG, and NTT Data. The team comes from Stanford, Meta, Two Sigma, Microsoft, and NASA.
Glasslake is looking for a Talent Partner to build one of the most ambitious recruiting functions in AI.
Our philosophy is straightforward: we want to be at the frontier of how AI companies identify, attract, assess, and close the highest-quality people globally. We do not view recruiting as a support function or a service desk for hiring managers. The people we bring into Glasslake will determine the company we become.
This is not a role where you inherit an established recruiting machine. You will design it.
You will work directly with the founders to define how Glasslake hires across San Francisco, São Paulo, the broader United States, and Europe. You will recruit hands‑on, build the systems behind the work, develop our talent brand, and create the relationships and communities that make exceptional people want to join Glasslake.
The goal is to build a durable talent advantage. This is a role for someone who wants to build the playbook, not run someone else's.
Beyond recruiting, you'll own parts of talent ops — compensation benchmarking, employee satisfaction, and building Glasslake's presence and brand in the talent market.
Build Glasslake's recruiting process from scratch: sourcing, screening, interviews, evaluation, offer, and onboarding. We have a first version running on Ashby, but there's a lot to improve.
Recruit actively for roles in San Francisco and São Paulo, plus remote positions across the US and Europe — understanding the culture, compensation norms, sourcing channels, and compliance requirements specific to each market.
Build and execute Glasslake's employer branding strategy.
Plan and run events (meetups, conferences, happy hours) to build visibility and attract talent.
Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to understand each role's and team's needs.
Own recruiting metrics and reporting — time to hire, funnel conversion, sourcing channel performance, and more.
Support talent ops: compensation benchmarking and structure, and employee satisfaction and engagement tracking.
Prior recruiting experience (in-house or agency), ideally at an early- or growth-stage startup. 5 to 10 YOE.
A hands‑on, 0-to-1 builder — comfortable creating process without a ready‑made playbook.
Excellent written and verbal English. Portuguese and/or Spanish are a plus but not required — all Luzid team members are expected to be fluent in English.
Experience with, or genuine appetite for, events and community-building — this role is recruiting plus brand plus community, not just filling pipelines.
Strong autonomy, organization, and ownership mindset.
Build the talent function from zero, with direct influence on culture and team composition.
Work across multiple markets (US, Brazil, Europe) with real international exposure.
A broad, visible role — recruiting, brand, and community
