You will source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring a top-tier candidate experience.

This role requires a recruiter’s instinct, strong communication, and the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced, remote environment while partnering with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the full hiring process from intake to offer.

• Provide a seamless, Blacksmith-standard candidate experience.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent to move fast.
• Keep a clean, data-driven ATS pipeline and keep hiring managers informed.

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting, ideally in a tech, digital or creative agency.
• A high accountability mindset that does not need micromanaging.
• A global perspective, comfortable across time zones and cultures.
• Strong ATS skills and a love of streamlined, automated workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
