Wabtec Corporation invites a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our global TA team. You will manage interview scheduling, coordinate logistics, and support background checks while maintaining clear communication with candidates and hiring leaders.

Ideal candidates have a HR-related degree and proven experience in full cycle recruitment, with strong Microsoft Office skills and ATS familiarity. English fluency is essential; French/Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field with proven experience.
• Experience supporting HR/Talent Acquisition and full cycle recruitment or administrative roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition and ATS preferred.
• Excellent prioritization and organization skills.
• Strong customer focus and effective communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and change agent capabilities.
• Experience collaborating across teams and levels in an organization.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Spanish and/or French language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews for all salary, exempt level hires across the network.
• Initiate video, phone interviews, background checks, and drug screens.
• Provide timely verbal and written updates to candidates, TA Team, HR Partners, and Hiring Leaders.
• Arrange travel for candidate interviews when needed.
• Troubleshoot candidate issues through the interview process.
• Ensure data integrity in the ATS and document the TA process for each opening to ensure EEOC compliance.
• May assist with resume screening, pre-screening, TA projects and analytics, and onboarding Day 1 tasks; collaborate across regions.

As a member of the Talent Acquisition team you will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in achieving Wabtec’s Talent Acquisition objectives. By ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, this role collaborates closely with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Leaders throughout the recruitment process. The Coordinator is responsible for managing the interview scheduling and logistics, as well as monitoring the background check process and maintaining continuous communication with candidates.

• Experience supporting Human Resources and/ or Talent Acquisition and full cycle recruitment activities or administrative type roles such as administrative assistant.

• Positive emotional intelligence and business maturity.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Fluency in Frech ans Spanish is a plus.

What will your typical day look like?

• Schedule and coordinate interviews for all salary, exempt level hires across the network to ensure a standard and consistent candidate experience for all interviews.
• Initiate video interviews, phone interviews, background checks, and drug screens
• Provide timely updates and communication (verbal and written) to candidates, TA Team, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Leaders throughout the hiring process.
• Arrange travel for candidate interviews when needed.
• Troubleshoot through any candidate issues through the interview and hiring process.
• Ensure 100% data integrity in ATS System and properly document the talent acquisition process for each job opening to ensure EEOC compliance and best practices.
• May occasionally assist with screening resumes, pre-screening candidates, TA projects, TA reporting and analytics, and providing the appropriate information to specific departments for new hire’s first day (will vary based on need and region)May need to work and collaborate across different regions
