About The Role
As a member of the Campus Recruitment team, you'll work in a cross-regional, international environment. Your role involves sourcing, engaging, and hiring high-potential students for DiDi, driving growth through talent programs that offer global exposure.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing the full recruitment cycle for roles across multiple teams and countries.
2. Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing market insights and talent intelligence.
3. Collaborating with business units to identify the best hiring strategies for students.
4. Using data to inform hiring decisions.
5. Hosting campus job fairs.

Ideal Candidate Has:

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Good campus relationships (a plus).
• Fast learner with ATS systems (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, iCIMS).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Data-driven and creative mindset.
• Passion for recruitment.
