Wabtec Corporation in Minas Gerais, Brazil, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the interview process and candidate experience across multiple regions.

You will manage interview scheduling, coordinate video and in-person assessments, and ensure timely updates to candidates and hiring partners, while maintaining accurate data in the ATS.

This role emphasizes collaboration, organization, and a proactive approach to ensure compliant and efficient hiring across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting HR or Talent Acquisition and full-cycle recruitment or admin roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ATS.
• Excellent prioritization and organization.
• Strong customer focus and communication.
• Effective problem-solving and change agent.
• Experience working across teams and levels.
• Positive emotional intelligence and business maturity.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• French and Spanish are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews for salary, exempt level hires across the network.
• Initiate video interviews, phone interviews, background checks, and drug screens.
• Provide timely updates and communication to candidates, TA Team, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Leaders.
• Arrange travel for candidate interviews when needed.
• Troubleshoot candidate issues through the interview and hiring process.
• Ensure 100% data integrity in ATS and document the TA process for EEOC compliance.
• May assist with screening resumes, pre-screening candidates, TA projects, reporting, and onboarding needs; collaborate across regions.

As a member of the Talent Acquisition team you will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in achieving Wabtec’s Talent Acquisition objectives. By ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, this role collaborates closely with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Leaders throughout the recruitment process. The Coordinator is responsible for managing the interview scheduling and logistics, as well as monitoring the background check process and maintaining continuous communication with candidates.

What do we want to know about you?

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, related field ow proven experience.
• Experience supporting Human Resources and/ or Talent Acquisition and full cycle recruitment activities or administrative type roles such as administrative assistant.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition and working in an ATS preferred.
• Excellent prioritization and organization skills.
• Strong customer focus and effective communication skills.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills and change agent.
• Experience with successfully working across different teams and levels of an organization.
• Positive emotional intelligence and business maturity.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Fluency in Frech ans Spanish is a plus.

What will your typical day look like?

• Schedule and coordinate interviews for all salary, exempt level hires across the network to ensure a standard and consistent candidate experience for all interviews.
• Initiate video interviews, phone interviews, background checks, and drug screens
• Provide timely updates and communication (verbal and written) to candidates, TA Team, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Leaders throughout the hiring process.
• Arrange travel for candidate interviews when needed.
• Troubleshoot through any candidate issues through the interview and hiring process.
• Ensure 100% data integrity in ATS System and properly document the talent acquisition process for each job opening to ensure EEOC compliance and best practices.
• May occasionally assist with screening resumes, pre-screening candidates, TA projects, TA reporting and analytics, and providing the appropriate information to specific departments for new hire’s first day (will vary based on need and region)May need to work and collaborate across different regions
