3CORP Technology is seeking a Technician to perform preventive maintenance on Alcatel and Attimo telephone systems, monitor and configure systems, and provide expert user support. The role involves needs assessment and asset management, including extensions and terminals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in IP telephony/VoIP deployment and strong communication skills for interactions with customers and colleagues. Training period in Santana do Parnaíba, São Paulo is required.

Preventive maintenance of EQUIPMENT/HARDWARE for the Alcatel and Attimo telephone systems

Monitoring; Configuration;

User support; Needs assessment and equipment/asset management, including extensions/terminals.

Proven ability to provide efficient technical support

and resolve voice and data-related issues;

Experience in configuring, deploying, and

maintaining IP telephony and VoIP systems.

Exceptional communication skills, enabling

clear interactions with customers and colleagues.

Availability to work during the training period in Santana do Parnaíba, São Paulo;

A Category B driver’s license is a plus.

Certification in networking and communications, preferably

from Alcatel and Huawei

(equivalents from other manufacturers will be accepted).

Certification in networking and communications, preferably from Alcatel and Huawei (CCNA, Voice, or equivalent will be accepted). Languages: English is a plus.
