Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations: Supervise receiving, storing, and dispatching goods while maintaining safety standards. Audit and report inventory. Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve efficiency. Keep up-to-date on the latest safety regulations.
• Supplier Coordination: Work with subcontractors to ensure timely logistics operations and support to offshore activities, securing delivery and quality of materials.
• Team Leadership: Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with management. Train and manage staff, ensuring productivity and compliance. Monitor performance and lead training initiatives.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and ensure accurate records. Communicate with departments to ensure timely shipping.
• Process Optimization: Implement best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Seek new technologies and methods to enhance operations. Monitor performance and implement improvements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations. Identify and mitigate risks to prevent disruptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
• Fluency in English.
• Familiar with Petrobras RT system (SAP).
• Solid experience as Warehouse and Material Manager with fleet management experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Previous experience with IFS (ERP).
