We’re seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 2–3 years of supply chain experience (ideally in e-commerce) who thrives on solving challenges, building relationships, and using data to inform decision-making. YOUR MISSION

To lead and optimize critical aspects of the supply chain, from negotiating supplier agreements to providing strategic insights that reduce costs and improve efficiency. You’ll be the go-to expert for ensuring seamless operations and driving growth.

This is a fully remote, contractor (self-employed) position.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

• Negotiate competitive prices and terms with suppliers, ensuring a balance of cost-effectiveness and quality
• Deliver accurate financial and cost reports, including inventory valuation and COGS reporting, to inform strategic decisions
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses that support budget planning and drive operational efficiency
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new manufacturers and 3PL providers to support growth and scalability
• Research and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for new market expansions, mitigating risks and ensuring readiness
• Provide actionable insights to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve overall performance
• Take ownership of ad-hoc projects to solve complex challenges and contribute to operational success

WHO YOU ARE

• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a supply chain role, preferably in e-commerce. Demonstrated ability to manage suppliers, analyze data, and oversee complex processes
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data modelling, financial reporting) and proven experience with supply chain tools and systems. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Mindset: Analytical, results-oriented, and proactive with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Familiarity with regulatory compliance, international logistics, and managing manufacturers/3PL providers

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• 30 Days: You’ve familiarized yourself with the company’s supply chain processes, tools, and systems while beginning to take ownership of key tasks.
• 60 Days: You’ve negotiated supplier agreements, improved reporting processes, and initiated strategic cost-saving measures.
• 90 Days: You’re independently managing supplier relationships, delivering strategic insights, and driving measurable improvements across supply chain operations.
