ROLE PURPOSE

• Ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of the Warehouse by managing load and backload, inventory, logistics, and staff supervision. This role optimizes processes, reduces costs, and mitigates risks, directly contributing to the success of offshore activities.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Warehouse Operations: Supervise receiving, storing, and dispatching goods while maintaining safety standards. Audit and report inventory. Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse. Keep up-to-date on the latest federal and state safety regulations.
2. Supplier Coordination: Work with subcontractors to ensure timely attendance to logistic operations and support to the FPSO Offshore operations, securing delivery and quality of materials.
3. Team Leadership: Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads. Train and manage warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and compliance. Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees.
4. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner.
5. Process Optimization: Implement best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Continuously seek new technologies and methods to enhance efficiency. Monitor warehousing performance and implement necessary improvements.
6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations. Identify and mitigate risks in logistics to prevent disruptions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar
• Fluency in English
• Familiar with Petrobras RT system (SAP)
• Solid experience as Warehouse and Material Manager with Fleet management for Oil & Gas Industry
• Proven previous experience with IFS (ERP)
