Supply Chain Coordinator

Airswift is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to work on a permanent contract in Rio de Janeiro with an environmental services company.

Coordinating the execution of the procurement process, negotiating and managing suppliers, achieving quality requirements at the lowest cost and on time, in accordance with the company's norms, standards and specifications.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategically plan and manage Supply Chain services (procurement) and internal and external customer service;
2. Direct, optimize and coordinate the complete order cycle;
3. Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, internal and external customers;
4. Monitor the quality, quantity, stock levels of indirect materials, delivery times, costs of materials and services;
5. Resolve any problems or complaints from suppliers, internal or external customers;
6. Supervise, prepare and train the team of Buyers;
7. Achieving cost, productivity, accuracy and punctuality targets;
8. Maintain metrics and analyze data to evaluate performance and implement improvements;
9. Report preparation and analysis;
10. Comply with laws, regulations, compliance, standards, quality and EHS requirements;

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

1. Degree in Business, Economics or Engineering.
2. Advanced English (Required)
