Jobtailor is seeking a skilled SAP IBP professional to lead the Response & Supply initiative for Latin America. You will act as regional Key User, ensuring alignment between Electrolux processes and system configuration, gathering requirements, and supporting design and validation of future-state processes.

You will also drive testing, UAT, process documentation, training materials, and user readiness across plants through Go-Live and Hypercare, while monitoring usage for ongoing evolution.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Information Systems).
• Advanced knowledge of SAP IBP, preferably Response & Supply.
• Experience as a Key User, functional specialist, or SAP IBP-related projects.
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems; SAP experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Supply Planning, Production Planning, and integration with S&OP and S&OE processes.
• Intermediate English; advanced Spanish preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Help ensure alignment between Electrolux processes and the tool’s configuration.
• Participate in gathering, detailing, and validating business requirements.
• Support the design and validation of future-state processes, considering integration across processes, data, and systems.
• Execute functional and integration testing and support user acceptance testing, documenting results and tracking fixes.
• Identify process or solution gaps and collaborate on defining alternatives and improvements.
• Serve as the liaison between business users, consulting firms, technical teams, and global teams.
• Develop process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
• Support user training and plant readiness for solution adoption.
• Support plants throughout the implementation, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases.
• Monitor tool usage and contribute to the ongoing support and continuous evolution of the solution.
