CENTURY (BAI NIAN) HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Supervisor for its Senoko site.

You will supervise and coordinate daily operations of food production teams, ensuring schedules, quality and safety standards are met, and mentor operators and quality staff to maximize performance. You will maintain production records, enforce safety protocols, oversee sanitation, and drive process improvements. The role requires lifting heavy items (20–40 kg), rotating shifts, weekends and overtime as

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the food production teams, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Lead and mentor production staffs, including machine operators, line workers, and quality control personnel.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to maximize team performance.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all production team members. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate production records, including batch records, production reports, and quality control documentation.
• Ensure that all production areas are cleaned and sanitized according to food safety standards. Implement improvements to enhance production processes.
• Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 20KG - 40KG.
• Need working on Saturday, Sunday, Public holiday and overtime.
• Able to work rotate shift and overtime.
