ISC CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a production supervisor for operations in Brazil, Região Norte. You will oversee daily production line activities, ensuring efficiency and quality and coordinating with other departments to keep the schedule on track.

You will lead and develop a team of operators, delegate tasks, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching to maximize performance while complying with safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualificações

• Experience supervising production lines with a focus on efficiency.
• Ability to coordinate cross-departmental activities to meet production schedules.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality and regulatory guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the daily operations on the production line to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
