JR FOODS PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse stock controller to manage receiving, storage, and distribution of all ingredients and packaging for kitchen production. The role requires ensuring accurate records, FIFO/FEFO stock rotation, and timely communication with procurement and QA teams.

Applicants will maintain storage conditions, monitor temperatures, and support audits and traceability documentation to meet food safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and check incoming goods against delivery orders and invoices.
• Verify quantity, quality, expiry dates, and packaging condition.
• Record stock movement accurately in inventory system or stock cards.
• Maintain FIFO / FEFO practices for all food items.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist in monthly stock take.
• Any other work duties assigned by superior.
• Store raw materials, ingredients, and packaging correctly in dry, chiller, or freezer areas.
• Ensure proper labelling, segregation, and cleanliness of storage areas.
• Monitor temperature and storage conditions according to food safety requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping and hygiene standards at all times.
• Issue ingredients and supplies to kitchen production based on requisitions.
• Coordinate with kitchen, procurement, and QA teams on stock availability.
• Flag low stock levels, discrepancies, damages, or expired items promptly.
• Comply with SFA / HACCP / ISO / internal food safety standards.
• Follow pest control, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Support audits, inspections, and traceability documentation.
