KSB Distribution Pte Ltd. in Brazil seeks a production operations role to manage ERP-based BOMs, production orders, and inventory control. You will coordinate with planning, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and cost control.

The role involves collaboration with Sales, Logistics, and Maintenance to maintain smooth production workflows and adherence to Halal standards.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain product formulas (BOM) in Microsoft Dynamics AX (ERP).
• Set up and maintain production routes and production master data.
• Create, release, and monitor production orders.
• Update product formulas and costing information from HSG into AX to ensure accurate cost control.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock movements in the ERP system.
• Support material planning and inventory replenishment.
• Prepare production, inventory, and operational reports as required.
• Coordinate and monitor production schedules to fulfill customer orders on time.
• Liaise with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Sales teams to resolve issues.
• Coordinate directly with customers on production schedules, delivery arrangements, and order updates.
• Support production planning to align demand, production capacity, and inventory.
• Coordinate QA with product testing, including lab authenticity tests, MIP tests, and other quality verifications.
• Ensure ingredients and production processes comply with quality standards, food safety requirements, and Halal regulations.
• Follow up on ingredient changes and update relevant documentation.
• Support quality improvement projects (HTP, etc).
• Assist in Halal audits and related documentation.
• Coordinate raw material ordering and transfer of materials to production.
• Support production workforce administration, including onboarding, locker allocation, dormitory arrangements, and orientation.
• Collect and compile production-related information and records.
• Administer labour leave documentation and obtain necessary approvals.
• Monitor machine breakdowns and coordinate with maintenance or suppliers.
• Liaise with machinery suppliers for servicing and maintenance.

1. ERP System & Production Administration

• Create and maintain product formulas (Bill of Materials) in Microsoft Dynamics AX (ERP).
• Set up and maintain production routes and production master data.
• Create, release, and monitor production orders.
• Update product formulas and costing information from HSG into AX to ensure accurate cost control.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock movements in the ERP system.
• Support material planning and inventory replenishment.
• Prepare production, inventory, and operational reports as required.

2. Production Planning & Order Coordination

• Coordinate and monitor production schedules to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
• Liaise with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Sales teams to resolve production or delivery issues.
• Coordinate directly with customers on production schedules, delivery arrangements, and order updates where required.
• Support production planning activities to ensure alignment between customer demand, production capacity, and inventory availability.

3. Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Coordinate with the QA team on product testing, including lab authenticity tests, MIP tests, and other quality verification activities.
• Ensure ingredients and production processes comply with company quality standards, food safety requirements, and Halal regulations.
• Follow up on ingredient changes and ensure all relevant documentation is updated.
• Support HTP and other quality improvement projects.
• Assist in Halal documentation preparation and support internal and external Halal audits, including MUIS audit activities.

4. Production Operations Support

• Coordinate raw material ordering and transfer of materials to production.
• Support production workforce administration, including employee onboarding, locker allocation, dormitory arrangements, and orientation activities.
• Collect and compile production-related information and operational records.
• Administer labour leave documentation and obtain necessary approvals.
• Monitor machine breakdowns, prepare troubleshooting reports, and coordinate with maintenance personnel or suppliers.
• Liaise with machinery suppliers for equipment servicing, maintenance, and technical support.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with the Sales team on upcoming product launches, promotional activities, and production readiness.
• Coordinate seasonal production planning, including packaging requirements for festive campaigns such as Christmas.
• Support month-end documentation and reporting for the Small Goods production department.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of production plans and continuous operational improvement.
