Job summary

Acteon, a geo-services provider, is seeking a Storekeeper based in the Rio de Janeiro area to ensure proper receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials used in operations.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, record transactions, and support cargo handling and base storage while complying with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Intermediate English verbal and written communication.
• Experience in receipt, storage and dispatch of materials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receipt and verification of materials according to the Purchase Order (PO) and Invoice (NF).
• Organization of the storage area and storage of received materials in designated locations.
• Control of material receipt and dispatch through spreadsheets or the company system.

UTEC is looking to add a qualified Storekeeper to the team. The Storekeeper will ensure the proper receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of materials, parts, and equipment used in operations; guaranteeing inventory accuracy, traceability, physical integrity, and compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, thereby contributing to operational continuity and supply chain optimization.

The successful candidate will be based in the Rio de Janeiro area.

Duties

• Receipt and verification of materials according to the Purchase Order (PO) and Invoice (NF)
• Recording invoices in the BC system and forwarding them to the Finance department
• Organization of the storage area
• Storage of received materials in their designated locations
• Requesting invoices (NF) for material dispatch
• Control of material receipt and dispatch through spreadsheets or the company system
• Issuance of cargo manifest
• Container stuffing (when required)
• Cargo handling - dispatch of materials to projects; receipt of materials from projects and storage at the base
• Identification of received materials according to procedures
• Requesting port access authorization for carrier companies if necessary
