Project overview: As a Staff SRE, you will optimize observability pipelines, build tools, and ensure infrastructure reliability and security.

Daily responsibilities:

• Design and maintain observability pipelines for logs, metrics, and traces
• Build automation tools for teams
• Create incident response processes and playbooks
• Collaborate with teams to meet monitoring and SLA requirements
• Utilize IaC for monitoring configurations
• Establish monitoring standards for services
• Own client infrastructure reliability

Ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years as an SRE or similar role focusing on observability
• 5+ years with AWS and IaC tools like Terraform
• 4+ years with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.)
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Strong communication skills and scripting abilities
• Experience with incident management platforms
• Advanced English proficiency
