About the role
A Sr Program Manager Tech plays a pivotal role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of ongoing engineering processes. This role focuses on continuous improvement, innovation, and streamlining complex cross-organizational interactions. This person will work to enhance organizational efficiency, manage critical processes, and ensure smooth operations within the engineering organization. We are looking for someone who is an owner, organized, and excited about making large organizations and functions efficient and effective in execution.
We’re also looking for an individual who can bring clarity to complexity, operational magic to ambiguity, and energy to every interaction. You’ll be the connective tissue between engineering, product, and cross-functional stakeholders—driving alignment, scaling excellence, and unlocking velocity.
This isn’t just about managing timelines. It’s about creating the systems and rituals that keep engineering running like a well-oiled machine. It’s about seeing around corners, solving for scale, and making great teams even better.
