Airswift is seeking a Sr. Finance Analyst to work on a permanent contract in Rio de Janeiro with a major Maintenance and repair of vessels and floating structures Company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
2. Prepare detailed financial models to support business decision-making.
3. Monitor and update forecasts based on business performance and market conditions.
4. Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess financial risks and opportunities.
5. Analyze financial statements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and variance reports (Monthly Reporting Pack).
6. Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior management.
7. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize financial performance.
8. Support month-end and quarter-end financial close processes.
9. Implement internal controls and processes to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
10. Provide financial insights to support business initiatives, investments, and cost-saving strategies.
11. Assist in financial activities as needed.
12. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives.
13. Support leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic projects.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

1. Higher education in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
2. Experience in FP&A, financial analysis or a related field.
3. Proficiency in controlling, forecasting and variance analysis.
4. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP etc.).
5. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle etc.).
6. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
7. Fluency in English.
