About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A analyst to join our team. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will manage financial planning and analysis activities, provide insights to senior management, and support investor relations. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. We offer a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high exposure to various initiatives and projects.

On a typical day, you will…

• Review monthly financial statements.
• Interact with investors and handle ad hoc analysis requests.
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives, investments, and performance metrics.
• Develop and improve financial reporting tools.
• Prepare and coordinate internal and monthly reports.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Measure and analyze KPIs, collaborate with departments to understand the current scenario, and provide insights.
• Assess the financial viability of new investments.
• Lead the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans with functional teams.
• Perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers and trends across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Create financial presentations and reports for senior management and the board, highlighting key metrics, risks, and opportunities.
• Support investor relations activities, including quarterly earnings reports and analyst inquiries.
• Drive process improvements in financial planning and analysis, leveraging technology and automation.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape to guide financial analysis.

What You'll Need To Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
• 5+ years in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or similar roles.
• Knowledge of main financial statements: Balance Sheets, P&L, and Cash Flow.
• Experience in financial modeling.
• Fluency in English.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
• Proven collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS industry.
• VBA proficiency.
• SQL and Python knowledge.
• Experience with investor relations is a plus.
